Life might be complicated but selling cakes shouldn’t be. We keep things quick and easy, you upload stock when it suits you, no pressure to upload frequently, or at set times. If you have cakes to sell, you can upload them and they will appear on the site, if you don’t then your stock won’t appear – it’s that easy. No monthly fees or fees for uploading, only pay a percentage of what you sell.

Yes and yes. We want to encourage more small bakers to sell to a national audience, and we are happy to support our bakers through the entire process. If you don’t have a food hygiene licence, they are easy to obtain from your local council and usually only require a kitchen inspection. We don’t charge our bakers to upload or market their cakes through the Cake Universe website. We only charge a small percentage of your final sale. There are no hidden fees, no monthly charges, and we don’t require you to upload cakes at set times. The great things about Cake Universe is it gives you full control! Your stock won’t be shown when it’s not available, so no disappointed customers.
